Impiricus and Docupdate are seeking a strategic, hands-on
HCP Marketing Manager
to own and elevate our content, social media, and lifecycle marketing efforts. This role will shape how we communicate with healthcare professionals (HCPs), grow brand awareness, and drive engagement across our platforms. You will manage day-to-day content creation and publishing, build data-informed lifecycle campaigns, and ensure a consistent brand voice across channels. This role suits a highly organized, strong writer and marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to help scale a healthtech brand at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and pharma. This position will serve both Impiricus and Docupdate, supporting product updates, conferences, campaigns, and growth initiatives as we head into an exciting phase of expansion. Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Management: Own day-to-day content planning, creation, and publishing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other key social channels. Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product updates, campaigns, conferences, and company initiatives. Ensure content is accurate, engaging, compliant, and aligned with brand voice and messaging for HCP audiences. Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot email campaigns and lifecycle journeys to support engagement, retention, and product adoption. Write and edit compelling copy for email campaigns, newsletters, and in-product or lifecycle communications. Partner with the Head of Growth to test, iterate, and improve campaign performance. Creative & Brand Execution: Design and edit simple creative assets using Canva (or similar tools) for social, email, and marketing campaigns. Coordinate cross-functional creative reviews with Product, Legal/Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency. Maintain strong attention to detail and brand standards across all outputs. Reporting & Collaboration: Support weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting, including content, email, and engagement metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Data, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities. Use data and insights to continuously refine content strategy and campaign execution. Education & Experience
Required Qualifications 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, healthtech, consumer-facing apps, or technology. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content. Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar email/lifecycle marketing platforms. Experience planning and managing content calendars across multiple channels. Working knowledge of Canva or similar design/layout tools. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment. Preferred Skills & Experience Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Content/comment moderation Experience with GA4, AppsFlyer, or similar analytics tools. Exposure to GPT/AI tools for content ideation or generation. Experience marketing to healthcare professionals or working in regulated environments is a strong plus. Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is
$90,000 - $110,000 . Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, with room for future growth.
