ROLE OVERVIEW
Dp Derm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Project Manager to work on-site at our Miami head offices. This role is ideal for someone who excels at project management, time management, and operational organization, and who takes pride in keeping complex initiatives structured, on track, and executed to a high standard. This is a fully on-site position and requires daily, in-person collaboration with internal teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinate marketing projects from initiation through execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Build, maintain, and actively manage monday.com boards for campaigns, asset development, calendars, budgets, and workflows Maintain the master marketing calendar and ensure priorities and timelines remain clear and realistic Coordinate closely with the graphic designer to brief assets, collect feedback, track revisions, and move work to completion Support execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, content, and events Partner with sales and business development teams to support targeted outreach initiatives and materials Assist with website updates, landing pages, and campaign launches Maintain and organize marketing assets, templates, and brand materials Track basic performance metrics and assist with reporting and documentation Support conferences, events, influencer outreach, and PR initiatives as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong project management, organization, and time management skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail High proficiency with monday.com (required) 3+ years of experience in a marketing coordination, marketing operations, or similar role Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, email platforms, and social media management systems Ability to work on-site in our Miami office Comfort working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or medical devices is a plus WHY WORK AT DP DERM
