SALES PROFESSIONAL, PHILADELPHIA METRO TEAM

Location:

Field coverage for

PHILADELPHIAMETRO, PHILADELPHIA, DELAWARE, NEW JERSEY . Home base location and focus on

PHILADELPHIA , or surrounding

PA/NJ

suburbs.

Daily territory travel with some overnight. Compensation: $80-$120k (base + commission + bonus).

ARDEX is immediately hiring for a

SALES PROFESSIONAL , with experience

of flooring

or

tiling

installation systems , and a customer-first, solution-driven mindset:

What You’ll Do

Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory

Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with flooring and tiling distributors, contractors, and architects

Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions

Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service

Experience and Skills

5+ years of outside sales experience

Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems

Technical proficiency in specs and design

High energy, customer-first mindset

Strong presentation and hands-on skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout territory

Mechanical aptitude for physically demanding fieldwork

Ability to lift to 70 pounds occasionally and carry up to 55 pounds

Education

Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant industry work experience.
