Commercial Credit Manager
to join our Commercial Lending team at our Corporate Office in Altoona, Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a commercial credit professional who values
strong underwriting discipline, sound risk management, and relationship-based community banking . The Commercial Credit Manager oversees and performs credit underwriting, loan structuring, portfolio monitoring, and compliance across the commercial loan lifecycle while supporting a strong culture of credit quality and regulatory excellence. Key Responsibilities
Commercial credit analysis and underwriting oversight Loan structure, documentation, and booking quality control Portfolio monitoring, annual reviews, and risk ratings Regulatory compliance, audits, and loan reviews Participation lending and SBA exposure Collaboration with senior leadership and lending teams Qualifications
5+ years of commercial credit underwriting experience in a banking environment Strong knowledge of commercial loan structures, cash flow analysis, and collateral Experience with Sageworks or similar credit analysis tools Prior supervisory or underwriting oversight experience Familiarity with regulatory exams and loan reviews Altoona First Savings Bank is proud to be a
