Salesforce Business Analyst – Eden Prairie, MN (WFO)

5+ years total BA experience with 3+ years focused on Salesforce (Service/Sales Cloud) across multi-team, multi-release programs. Hands-on BA experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP): data streams, identity resolution, unification, segments, activation, and data actions. Strong data analysis skills: ERDs, source-to-target mapping, SQL basics, data profiling, and reconciliation. Familiarity with Snowflake concepts (warehouses, stages, shares/zero copy patterns) and data lake ingestion from external files. Demonstrated ability to author user stories/acceptance criteria, process maps (BPMN), and test cases; strong backlog and scope management. Experience modernizing Salesforce estates to mitigate storage constraints, remove non CRM workloads, and meet real time/near real time needs. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management across product, data, and engineering teams. Responsibilities Apply BA skills to Salesforce (Service/Sales Cloud) initiatives across multiple teams and releases. Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for data streams, identity resolution, unification, segmentation, activation, and data actions. Perform data analysis: create ERDs, conduct source-to-target mapping, run SQL basics, perform data profiling and reconciliation. Understand Snowflake concepts and data lake ingestion from external files to support analytics workloads. Author user stories/acceptance criteria, develop process maps (BPMN), and define test cases; manage backlog and scope. Modernize Salesforce estates to address storage constraints and real-time requirements, removing non-CRM workloads where appropriate. Communicate, facilitate, and manage stakeholders across product, data, and engineering teams. Qualifications 5–8+ years total BA experience with 3+ years focused on Salesforce (Service/Sales Cloud) across multi-team, multi-release programs. Hands-on BA experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP): data streams, identity resolution, unification, segments, activation, and data actions. Strong data analysis skills: ERDs, source-to-target mapping, SQL basics, data profiling, and reconciliation. Ability to author user stories/AC, process maps (BPMN), and test cases; strong backlog and scope management. Experience modernizing Salesforce estates to mitigate storage constraints, remove non CRM workloads, and meet real time/near real time needs. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management across product, data, and engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications Domain experience with Healthcare Provider data (NPI, credentialing, rosters, verification) or payer/dental networks. Prior involvement in decommissioning ETL tools (e.g., Informatica) and defining interim/target scheduling & orchestration jobs. Exposure to event-driven integrations (Platform Events, CDC, Streaming APIs) and MuleSoft or equivalent iPaaS. Understanding of data governance (DQ rules, lineage, metadata, stewardship) and security/privacy controls for PHI/PII. Certifications: Salesforce Admin (ADM 201), Business Analyst, Data Cloud Consultant (or in progress); Snowflake fundamentals a plus. Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban) with tools like Azure DevOps/Jira.
