Job Description Client Relationship Associate (often Business Development Assistant/Administrator) supports sales/growth by handling tasks like market research, lead tracking, client communication, scheduling, report generation, and database (CRM) management, freeing up senior staff; it requires strong organizational, communication, and initiative skills to manage projects and contribute to business expansion.
Core Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings (internal/external), coordinate travel, and handle general office tasks (filing, data entry).
Client & Lead Management: Maintain CRM databases, track progress of new clients, process service requests, and follow up with clients/vendors.
Research & Reporting: Conduct market research, monitor trends, prepare reports, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities.
Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between clients, sales teams, and other departments; draft communications and assist with presentations.
Project Coordination: Manage multiple tasks, track project milestones, and ensure meticulous attention to detail.
Assist with onboarding
