Hospice Marketing Liaison
to help expand our presence throughout
Southeast Houston . This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about hospice care, thrives on building strong referral relationships, and represents our organization with professionalism and compassion. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, eldercare facilities, and community partners Conduct outbound calls and in-person visits to referral sources Identify new business opportunities using market data and community insight Provide presentations and in-services to educate referral sources on hospice services and outcomes Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth referral-to-admission processes Represent Varco at community events and networking activities Provide daily activity reports and updates to the Administrator Follow up on referrals to remove barriers to care and support successful admissions Qualifications
Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development (hospice experience preferred) Strong knowledge of hospice services, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards Established referral relationships within
Houston Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven Professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor Position Details
