Public Relations Coordinator . We’re a fast-growing B2B apparel company behind popular brands like
Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses . Since 2011, we’ve built a reputation for delivering on-trend, high-quality fashion and we’re just getting started. What you will do
Public Relations & Media Support Assist in pitching products, collections, and brand stories to editors, stylists, and media outlets Maintain and update press contact lists and media databases Coordinate press requests, sample loans, and returns Track press placements and compile monthly PR recap reports Influencer & Brand Seeding Support influencer gifting programs and PR mailers Coordinate product send-outs and follow up on content deliverables Track influencer content, usage rights, and engagement metrics Maintain influencer and talent contact lists Brand Communications Assist with drafting press releases, media kits, and brand talking points Ensure all outgoing communications align with brand voice and positioning Support product launches, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns Events & Activations Assist with PR events, showroom appointments, trade shows, and brand activations Coordinate logistics, guest lists, RSVPs, and follow-up communications Administrative & Reporting Track budgets related to PR mailers, gifting, and events Organize PR calendars and timelines Support internal teams by sharing press wins and brand exposure updates What are we looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of PR, influencer, or fashion brand experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong follow-through Familiarity with fashion media, influencers, and trend cycles Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok) Benefits
