About the Role As an Account Manager Gourmet for the Paris region, you will be responsible for the business development with our distributors and artisans in a Push & Pull model. You will oversee both the animation of the distribution network (annual negotiations, listing, sales training) and the development of the offer to our end customers.
Key Responsibilities Include
Portfolio management of around 20 Top Distributors
Distributor animation:
Annual negotiation: new prices, collaboration agreements, marketing activities
Sales Force training (450 distributor sales to manage & drive)
Promotion activation
Product offering and follow up of orders, out of stock replacements
Marketing developments: catalogue visibilities, emailing actions, digital actions
Event organizations: fairs, demonstrations, customer specific trainings
Management & prospections of customers
Pull actions: networking & intensive customer visits to present our offers and pull volumes to the distribution.
Management reporting: Sales Force upload (visits, customer reports, opportunities, account plan), forecasting
Participation in national events: Sirha, Serbotel
Sales National referent for the Horeca Business in France (support trade marketing team to build Horeca tools)
Ensure a commercial watch of its sector on competitors, prices, distributors and the market
About You
At least 5 years of experience (including 3 years of experience within Horeca sales sector)
Good leadership and communication skills
Adaptability and ability to meet the high demands of your interlocutors in a multicultural context
Relational and commercial qualities, creativity, sense of advice, ability to make yourself recognized interlocutor in the field
Very good Excel, Sales Force & PowerPoint knowledge
