Responsibilities First and foremost, your job is to respond to incoming leads quickly as a trusted resource to the homeowner. You are responsible for listening and understanding the homeowner’s challenges, explaining the existing Hassle Free Home Services plans and advantages, articulating how we help homeowners solve their problems, present a simple proposal for periodic services, and completing the sale. This ideal candidate is a recent college graduate looking to grow within a fast growing, supportive culture and team.

Our team effort sales approach enables you to rely on our Home Managers and management team to help answer any homeowner’s questions or concerns during the sales process. You will receive excellent support so you can focus on “selling” and not chasing down or generating new leads. Our customers are homeowners who generally own valuable residential properties are often professionals or successful business executives who appreciate the services we provide.

Qualifications
1-2 years in a sales role (home services not necessary)
Highly effective communicator especially on the phone or a Zoom call
Reliable, prompt, and follows through on a timely basis
Enjoys speaking to people and diligent about follow up
Computer savvy and regular Ai user
Willingness to learn, train, and grow
Ideal candidate is a recent college graduate looking to excel in a fast growing company
