Conference Services Sales Manager (Overtime eligible + Quarterly Incentive Bonus)

Drive event revenue while delivering exceptional client experiences. The Conference Services Sales Manager sells, plans, and executes hotel meetings and events, serving as the primary client contact from contract to completion. This position offers a competitive base salary plus a quarterly incentive bonus. Responsibilities

Create and distribute all banquet event orders. Sell, upsell, and close conference and event business Meet or exceed individual revenue booking goals. Respond to inquiries within 4 hours Create contracts and detailed event documentation Conduct site inspections Manage client relationships and oversee in-house events Lead on-site event execution and ensure client satisfaction Use Delphi/Salesforce to manage accounts Qualifications

2+ years conference services or hotel event catering sales experience Strong knowledge of catering, food & beverage, and meetings Proven sales performance and closing ability Excellent communication and organizational skills Requirements

Ability to adapt scheduled work hours based on business requirements Ability to stand/walk for events and lift up to 10 lbs EOE
