Overview
Sales Advisor – Car Wash Sales (High-Volume Retail) with $17/hour base pay + performance incentives. This is not a passive retail role; you will lead every guest interaction and help maintain an elite, professional site each shift. We are hiring experienced Sales Advisors to drive membership growth. This position combines high-repetition sales with hands-on site operations. Engage Guests: Greet every guest within 2 seconds with confidence and warmth. Educate & Convert: Use a proven, pressure-free process to guide guests toward unlimited memberships in under 60 seconds. Own the Lane: Lead the conversation before the guest reaches the pay station. Support the Team: Move with urgency during high-volume rushes. Maintain the Standard: Participate in nightly cleaning routines and site procedures. Sales Experience Required: We are looking for proven performers. Applicants must have prior experience in sales or conversion-based roles, such as Retail/Membership sales (Wireless, Fitness, Automotive, Subscriptions). Commission or incentive-based environments and high-volume service roles with measurable sales goals are preferred. Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Our standards do not change when the conditions do. Outdoor performance: work outdoors year-round in all weather. Physical stamina: stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours) and move quickly/safely in a fast-paced environment. Strength & agility: lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, climb 6’ ladders, and bend, squat, kneel, or reach regularly. Manual labor: perform repetitive motions and complete nightly site-wide cleaning tasks. Safety & communication: work safely around moving vehicles/machinery and project your voice clearly over background noise. This role is not a fit if you prefer seated, slow-paced, indoor retail; if you struggle with physical labor or heavy cleaning tasks; if you resist direct, real-time coaching and correction; or if you cannot work mid-day/evening shifts and at least one weekend day every week.
