
Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Reprsentative, you will be key to growing revenue by proactively reaching out to and engaging small to medium sized businesses (SMBs) to promote our range of solutions: Robotic cable management systems, automantion training, custom cable assemblies, and bulk cable. This role, demands a highly motivated and goal oriented individual who excels at phone rapport, clearly communicating technical value, and consistently surpassing sales targets. You will manage the complete sales cycle for smaller accounts, from initial cold outreach to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Proactively cold call and engage SMBs to sell robotic cable management, automation training, cable assemblies, and bulk cable. Understand customer challenges and recommend appropriate solutions from our product and service offerings. Maintain strong knowledge of all products and training programs. Prepare and follow up on quotes to secure sales. Oversee the entire sales process for smaller accounts. Develop and maintain positive customer connections. Achieve and exceed sales goals, tracking activities in CRM (Salesforce preferred). Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Continuosly enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications
Proven success in an inside sales role, in a technical or industrial setting. Demonstrated ability to effectively cold call and generate new business. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated, results driven, and capable of independent work. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Salesforce is preferred) Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts is a plus. Experience selling technical training programs or services is a plus. High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Personal Attributes
