Account Manager Location: Chantilly At REDLattice, we are a global leader in delivering cutting-edge technical cybersecurity products and services. With offices in Northern Virginia, Melbourne, Florida, Tel Aviv, Israel, and other strategic locations, REDLattice is growing rapidly to meet the evolving needs of our customers. REDLattice is seeking a skilled Account Manager to maintain and grow our European customer pipeline. In this role you will have the opportunity to support our world-class intelligence products, helping customers to solve incredibly complex and satisfying technological challenges in a fast-paced environment. This position requires communication with Europe in their time zone (early US hours), and extensive travel. Responsibilities

Be the customer advocate within the organization - operating as the lead point of contact for customer matters specific to your accounts Representing customer accounts and needs internally to company teams and resources. Own shared responsibility for customer churn Review customer status and seek resolution for open issues (bugs, product features, requests for additional licenses, regulation changes) Own responsibility for invoice payments, renewals, contractual changes Collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients highly engaged Identify and facilitate up-selling opportunities and communicate them to the relevant business line owner Establish productive and close relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts, and hold regular meetings (both onsite and remote) with customers Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Tracking analysis of customer activity Early hours for real time communications with EU customers Willingness to travel up to 50% primarily within EU Preferred Traits

3+ years of previous proven experience as an Account manager, Client Executive or Customer Success Manager Knowledge and experience working in the Cyber industry Ability to work in a multicultural environment English proficiency and additional language skills preferred Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Strong interpersonal skills Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details Motivation, flexibility, proactiveness, ability to work independently and as a part of a team PMP or project management certification is recommended What We Offer
