$100,000-$150,000 Base Salary in year 1 Uncapped New Business Commission Structure Yearly Renewal Business Commissions Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance plans. 4 year college degree or relevant work experience in client-facing role 3-5 years of Outside Sales/Cold Calling experience Knowledge of basic insurance concepts and willingness to undergo comprehensive training in benefits products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a sales-oriented environment Proficiency in software applications commonly used in an office environment CA Health & Life license or attainment within 90 days (employer sponsored)
