What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a dedicated coach to revenue leaders, enhancing their leadership presence and driving behavioral change
Maintain or actively pursue International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification and adhere to professional coaching standards
Collaborate with the Enablement team to design and deliver scalable coaching programs focused on leadership competencies
Work closely with People Operations to identify coaching needs and provide insights on leadership development strategies
Define and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of coaching engagements and their impact on business outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
ICF certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or actively working toward it
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and coaching or leadership development role, preferably in a corporate or software environment
Prior sales experience in a quota-carrying role with expert knowledge of MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies
Proven experience in providing one-on-one and group coaching to diverse leaders
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with stakeholders

Deep understanding of transformational vs. transactional coaching methodologies
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect coaching outcomes to business results
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence
