The Role: Inside Sales Representative (B2B)
This is a true inside sales position for competitive, goal-driven people who want to make calls, build pipelines, close deals, and get paid for performance.
You will:
Work inbound and outbound leads
Call, email, and follow up with business clients
Quote, sell, and close branded merchandise, logo apparel, and promotional products
Build and manage your own book of business
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Upsell and grow repeat customer accounts
This is not order-taking. This is consultative selling, prospecting, and closing.

What You’ll Need
1+ year of B2B sales experience (inside sales, account management, or outbound sales preferred)
Confidence on the phone and in email
Basic computer and CRM skills
Strong organization and follow-up habits
Hunger to learn, improve, and win
Experience in promotional products, logo apparel, printing, or marketing is a plus — but not required. We train the right salespeople.
