Pay Details Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You’d Be a Great Fit If You Are

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing. Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department work-at-home requirements which include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported. Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license. About Us

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
