Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, with occasional travel to The Villages for a Consultative Sales Performance Manager. Responsibilities include driving sales performance by implementing successful sales strategies, training the sales team, and analyzing sales metrics. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Consultative Sales Performance with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and develop actionable strategies
Exceptional Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in leading and Training sales teams to enhance overall performance
A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
Proactive problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
Previous experience in the aesthetic or healthcare industry is an advantage
