Prospect and build pipeline through field activity, referrals, community events, and targeted B2B outreach Meet face to face with restaurant, retail, and local business owners to uncover needs and present tailored payment and POS solutions Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through install, activation, and launch Build long term client relationships that drive retention, referrals, and residual income Manage your territory, schedule, and pipeline with a high level of autonomy and accountability Maintain accurate activity, notes, and deal stages in the CRM Participate in ongoing sales enablement, product training, and market feedback loops Qualifications
2 plus years of experience in payments, merchant services, POS, or B2B field sales preferred Existing relationships with merchants, restaurant operators, or referral partners a strong plus Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and consistently close new business Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, organization, and self motivation Comfortable understanding technology and explaining value to business owners Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits
