Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Des Moines Metropolitan Area for an Advertising Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, creating sales presentations, and working to achieve sales targets. The Advertising Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to tailor advertising solutions that align with the company's media products, including newspapers, magazines, and digital platforms.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales and adeptness at presenting client-focused Sales Presentations
Experience with Marketing and Business Development strategies
Familiarity with advertising for Magazines and other media formats
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Self-motivated with effective organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of the local market or prior media sales experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
