Business Development / Territory Manager / Marketing Representative
(Remote – TN or AL, with travel)
Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for building relationships and growing business? A leading high-risk and specialty MGA and wholesale broker with over 30 years of experience, is expanding its field marketing team!
What You’ll Do
Conduct in-person agency visits and Zoom meetings to develop new business.
Promote and market Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Professional Lines products.
Build relationships with independent agents and foster long-term partnerships.
Attend networking events and industry conventions to increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
What We’re Looking For
2-5 years of marketing, business development, or field sales experience in insurance (preferred, but not required).
Experience working with independent insurance agencies is a plus.
Self-motivated, outgoing, and strong communication skills — a "marketing personality" is key!
Ability to travel regularly within TN or AL.
Open to new grads who are eager to learn and thrive in a sales/marketing role.
