We are building a modern exterior company, driven by process, technology, and superior customer experience. We are hiring a Roofing Sales Manager to serve as our growth architect. This is a senior, field-based, high-impact leadership role responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high performing sales and canvassing organization. Build Your Team: Recruit, hire, and manage roofing sales reps and canvassers. Develop talent and create clear paths to increase performance and retention. Sales Management: Manage the sales cycle from lead to contract. Run weekly sales meetings, define and track meaningful KPIs, and hold the team accountable to results. Strategy Development: Partner with ownership to continuously refine sales strategy, deployment, and efficiency. Translate field data into better processes and higher close rates. Drive the Pipeline: Plan and execute door-to-door and other outbound business development campaigns with clear targets, tracking, and ROI expectations. Field-Based Leadership: Coach in real time, assist with complex closes, and set the standard through hands-on leadership. Qualifications

Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years in roofing sales; 1+ year in a Sales Manager or Team Lead role strongly preferred. Builder Mentality: You develop people, systems, and results. You care about team growth and earnings as much as your own. Door-to-Door Mastery: Deep understanding of canvassing and outbound sales, with the ability to train and scale others effectively. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A strong grasp of new business development, pipeline management, and performance-based sales organizations. Recruiting: Ability to identify, attract, and sell opportunity to high-potential candidates. Excellence: A mindset of personal and professional excellence and growth.
