WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
As a Senior Strategist on our team, you will lead and support creative strategy development to accomplish client business objectives. You are a big picture thinker who loves pushing boundaries, illuminating emerging trends and writing provocative briefs. You have the ability to craft and defend a persuasive narrative and are comfortable asserting a strategic perspective that guides creative and client conversations to new places. The best candidate for this role has a natural curiosity, passion for luxury, lifestyle and spirits brands and is highly attuned to nightlife and pop-culture fluent. You’ll report into the Vice President, Strategy, and partner with business leads (account), creatives, research, experiential design, and other disciplines within Momentum’s network to ensure strategy is properly reflected across all initiatives/touchpoints, and that all efforts drive toward our clients’ business objectives.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Develop & deliver clear, concise and compelling creative strategies to both internal and external teams
Serve as an excellent leader in aligning strategy with a client’s business goals and objectives
Provide internal team with understanding of the cultural landscape, consumer behavior, competitive activity and emerging technologies, culture and global trends
Act as a thoughtful, consultative partner to our clients and internal cross-functional teams and agency partners
Foster a team environment and play an active role in mentoring team members
Supporting Momentum's Values

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
4+ years of experience: experience, brand, or creative strategy
Agency experience preferred
Keen understanding of Luxury & Lifestyle brands
AlcBev/Spirits Experience a Plus
Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship skills
Experience managing and coordinating multiple strategic projects across internal teams and client relationships
Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills
Salary Range The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
