Launch Your Career: 2026 IT Sales Development Program (FTSE 250 Company)
Are you a driven college graduate ready to enter the world of IT Sales?
Join a leading independent technology partner- a FTSE 250 company with over 20,000 employees worldwide! They manage IT infrastructure and deliver digital transformation for major corporate and public sector organizations, including some of the US's best-known businesses.
This is your invitation to their intensive 18-month IT Sales Development Program designed to build a high-calibre sales professional from the ground up.
The Accelerated Program: 1 Year in Atlanta, Then San Francisco
- Initial Training (12 Months): You will be required to relocate to the Atlanta, GA, office to receive comprehensive training. This phase covers the company portfolio, proven sales methodologies, and essential IT fundamentals.
- Deployment: After successful completion, you will move to your permanent regional hub in San Francisco to continue your employment.
- Support: Dedicated support from an experienced mentor and coach will guide you through the program, from Sales Associate toward a path like Client Director.
The Rewards Package
- Competitive Base Salary: $70,000 (with potential adjustment after 12 months based on regional hub).
- Excellent Y1 OTE: $80,000 (with all bonuses/commission included).
- Relocation Support: $5,000 to assist with your move to Atlanta, and then another $5,000 for deployment to San Francisco.
- Global Networking: You'll be attending the prestigious Sales Kick Off in Europe next January!
- Certifications: Opportunity to obtain industry-recognized qualifications, including accreditations from Apple, Dell, and Cisco!

- A full 4-year Bachelor's degree.
