About the Role
As an Executive Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership teams for projects. Your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions and help build the foundation for global infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive and senior-level roles
- Partner with internal stakeholders and portfolio leadership to understand hiring needs
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies across Healthcare and GovCon markets
- Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments
- Manage candidate experience through offer and close
- Maintain strong market intelligence and talent pipelines
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
- Healthcare or Government Contracting recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting leadership-level stakeholders
- Strong candidate evaluation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
