About the Team

We build robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. The Air Defense team provides mission-critical capabilities to warfighters, from detection to tracking, identification, deterrence, and defeat. Our networked sensors and effectors enable customers to rapidly close the kill chain against a broad range of aerial threats. The team collaborates across product, engineering, sales, logistics, operations, and mission success to develop, test, deploy, and sustain the Anduril Air Defense Family of Systems in challenging environments worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Research existing and prospective defense markets, programmatic and technical roadmaps, the Department of Defense budget, and the competitive landscape.
  • Support development and execution of strategies to shape, capture, and close strategic growth opportunities in new or existing markets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Air Defense business line, partner lines, and corporate functions to advance growth initiatives.
  • Develop Air Defense Growth content for key planning materials (Monthly Growth Brief, Monthly Growth Report, Quarterly Business Review, Long Range Plan, and other planing products).
  • Support the proposal process for Air Defense opportunities.
  • Schedule, attend, and publish notes from customer and partner calls.
  • Coordinate VIP visits and customer engagements at Anduril locations.
  • Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • High ownership and initiative. Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment. A good teammate who works well with others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executives and customers.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and/or managing resources.
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of US and international customers.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial or government capture and sales.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Salary and Benefits

US Salary Range: $113,000 - $149,000 USD. The salary range is an estimate based on compensation factors. Equity grants are included with full-time offers. Anduril offers comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other allowances.
