Position Summary
The Director of Home Health directs and manages the daily operations of Home Health Services, including budget oversight, staff productivity, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction, referral relations and quality improvement.

Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Location
Larkspur Office – 4 days onsite required

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by home health personnel.
- Guide and counsel home health managers, promoting continuous improvement of agency‑provided services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support patients’ transitions to other service lines.
- Maintain TJC accreditation and work with Quality Assurance on CAHPS scores.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a home‑health or related setting.
Certifications & Licenses
- Current California RN license.
- Home Care Manager Certification or Home Care Administrator Certification preferred.
