About The Role We’re hiring a Sales Engineer to join our Engineered Solutions team supporting our Virginia territories. This role is a mix of high-level technical sales, solution development, and mentorship. You’ll work directly with customers to craft tailored material handling solutions—automation, robotics, storage systems—and support project success from concept to implementation. If you have deep technical sales experience, thrive on problem-solving, and want to help grow a cutting-edge department, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

Drive sales by developing relationships with clients and providing customized, technical solutions

Present solution proposals to key decision-makers, highlighting performance and ROI

Collaborate with estimating and engineering teams to deliver cost-effective results

Train and mentor entry-level sales and support team members to increase regional market share

Achieve individual and team sales goals to support company growth

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)

10+ years of total sales experience, with 5+ in related industries

Strong technical knowledge of industrial and warehouse systems—automation, robotics, storage

Familiarity with business financials and KPIs

Skilled in prospecting and managing strategic accounts

Strong communicator with effective presentation skills

Solid problem-solver with project management fundamentals

Proven ability to train and develop sales professionals

Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
