Responsibilities

Provide full on-site supervision and coordination of commercial construction projects from start through close out

Plan schedules and direct daily field activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

Develop and enforce site logistics plans, safety programs, quality standards, and OSHA compliance

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries to maintain efficient job site flow

Lead preconstruction meetings, coordination meetings, daily huddles, and assist with progress reporting

Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, quantity tracking, punch lists, and project documentation while mentoring field staff

Qualifications

Construction Superintendent Requirements & Qualifications: Provide full on-site supervision and coordination of commercial construction projects from start through close out

Construction Superintendent Preferred Background & Skills: Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects

Strong working knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site logistics

Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors, manage multiple trades, and drive accountability in the field

Solid understanding of safety programs, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance

Effective communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients

Comfortable using construction documentation, scheduling tools, and daily reporting systems
