Father and Son Masonry is a growing, family-run business seeking a Residential & Commercial Field Superintendent for Structural Masonry & Concrete who can make an immediate impact and thrive within our dynamic, hardworking, and adaptable team. About This Role This Superintendent role is a hands-on leadership position, not an administrative or passive oversight role. We are seeking a confident, decisive field leader who thrives in real-time problem solving and takes ownership of jobsite outcomes. Hands-on experience in both concrete and masonry is an absolute requirement for this position. Candidates must have real-world, field-level experience leading masonry and concrete crews and understand the sequencing, production challenges, and technical details unique to these trades. Our ideal candidate demonstrates strong situational awareness, makes informed decisions without hesitation, and leads crews with clarity, confidence, and accountability. This role requires someone who can assess changing conditions on a jobsite, anticipate issues before they escalate, and implement solutions on the spot — not someone who relies on scripts, checklists, or office direction to move work forward. You will be expected to lead experienced masons, concrete finishers, and field crews through clear direction, technical understanding, and earned respect. This position is for a true leader in the field — someone others naturally follow.
