Account Manager- Fetal Monitoring
Manages and grows FM business within an assigned territory by driving revenue, executing contracts, and building strong customer partnerships. Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader. Your role: Execute the territory FM sales strategy, aligning daily activities with regional and national objectives. Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and contract pull-through across assigned hospital and Integrated Delivery Network accounts. Build and manage long-term customer relationships, engaging multiple stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value-based solutions. Support and execute contract implementation and compliance, coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure pricing accuracy, utilization, and customer satisfaction. Analyze territory and account performance, market dynamics, and customer trends to prioritize opportunities and drive growth. The role provides hands-on exposure to complex healthcare selling, system-level accounts, and cross-functional collaboration, serving as a strong development opportunity for senior account, key account, or sales leadership roles; travel within the territory is required. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device sales, with success selling medical supplies and/or capital equipment into hospital or Integrated Delivery Network markets. You have a Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, or a technical discipline. Your skills include territory sales execution, long-cycle deal management, forecasting, pipeline management, and contract-focused selling; bonus skills include experience with FM portfolios or system-level accounts. You're a customer-focused, self-directed professional with strong communication skills, comfort navigating complex buying groups, and willingness to travel within the territory as needed. How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is a Field based role. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $170,000 to $205,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
