
Product Manager — AI Workflow Automation (Hybrid, NYC)

founder-led, ~20-person
healthcare/AI company (founded
2025 ) building
agentic AI
to automate revenue-cycle operations for home-health providers (e.g., prior auth, eligibility, benefits verification). You’ll start
in the trenches
with Operations and customer Clinical teams to master real workflows—then lead productizing and scaling what you’ve learned. Role is
in-person 3–5 days/week in NYC . What You’ll Do
Own the lifecycle : discovery → roadmap → delivery → iteration for internal and/or external products. Go deep on workflows : sit with Ops/Clinical teams, map processes, quantify pain, and translate into robust, scalable software. Partner with Engineering : define technical requirements, manage sprints, and ship high-impact releases. Drive decisions with data : combine user research, operational metrics, and product analytics to prioritize and measure outcomes. Communicate clearly : align execs and cross-functional partners on vision, trade-offs, and timelines. Level up scope : grow into a
platform product owner
for either external products (home-health vertical) or internal automation (RCM service lines). What You’ll Bring
5–10 years
in PM (B2B SaaS/healthtech/high-growth startups ideal) with true
0→1
ownership. Proven ability to convert complex requirements into
crisp, actionable
plans and shipped outcomes. Technical fluency
(APIs, architecture trade-offs, latency/security considerations) and strong analytics (SQL, spreadsheets, product metrics). Experience in
healthcare, RCM, workflow automation, or AI-driven products
is a plus. Founder/early-employee energy: high agency, bias to action, and excellent written/verbal communication. Why This Seat
