We are looking for someone to generate sales for audio visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company's current client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales prospects, analyzing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, exhibiting a consultative sales approach, developing price quotations and bid responses, preparing contracts and pricing strategies, working with the installation team, developing and executing quarterly sales plans, attending office sales meetings, meeting or exceeding monthly GP quota, designing and implementing focused prospecting tools, establishing professional relationships with manufacturer sales personnel, using internal databases to complete client contact information, following up on leads, representing the company at technological briefings and trade shows, participating in training and professional development activities, and monitoring non-installed product commissions. What We're Looking For

Must-haves include the ability to understand and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end user customers, the ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities, the ability to work and think independently and ensure to meet deadlines, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, clear and professional communication skills both internally and externally, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues. Education and/or experience: minimum high school diploma or equivalent, a four-year degree is preferred, and at least 5-7 years' experience of direct selling in the AV/VTC area is preferred.
