As a
Sonwil Account Executive or Junior Account Executive for DFW , you’ll be a driving force in expanding our 3PL and transportation business. You’ll identify, develop, and close new opportunities across logistics, transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment — helping our customers move smarter and more efficiently. This position is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where your sales expertise, industry insight, and entrepreneurial mindset will directly fuel Sonwil’s growth. Key Responsibilities
Build Trusted Partnerships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their goals and aligning Sonwil’s services to deliver real value. Drive Revenue Growth:
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation to closing — consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Know the Business:
Master Sonwil’s portfolio of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and value-added services to communicate our competitive advantages clearly. Present and Persuade:
Deliver compelling sales presentations that demonstrate ROI, solve customer challenges, and position Sonwil as a strategic partner. Negotiate with Confidence:
Structure and close deals that balance customer satisfaction with company profitability. Stay Ahead of the Market:
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities and sharpen Sonwil’s market position. Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure flawless execution and a superior customer experience. Track and Forecast:
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM and provide reliable forecasts and insights to leadership. Deliver for Clients:
Serve as a post-sale advocate for customer success, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention. Commit to Growth:
Continuously develop your sales skills and industry knowledge through training, mentorship, and self-learning. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing/Communications, or related field preferred; MBA also preferred 2 - 5+ years of successful sales experience--Jr. Account Executives 1-3 years; Account Executive 2+ years (3PL, logistics, or transportation industry a plus, but not necessary). CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and strong analytical/tech skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Highly organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and likes to run hard Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment Competitive, team-oriented individuals — including former collegiate athletes — are strongly encouraged to apply.
