Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Field Marketing Representative located in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities include engaging with potential customers at designated events or retail locations to educate them on our products and services, generating leads and appointments, and promoting the value of our home improvement solutions. The representative will work directly with the marketing team, track interactions, and support marketing initiatives to drive customer interest and participation.
Qualifications
Customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong connections and provide a positive experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highly dynamic environment
Availability to work weekends and travel within the assigned area
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Must have reliable transportation to travel to various locations
