Warehouse Worker And Counter Sales Associate
Gem State Staffing is seeking a warehouse worker and counter sales associate for a temporary assignment in Hailey, Idaho. This role supports daily warehouse operations while assisting customers at the counter. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of handling both physical warehouse tasks and customer-facing responsibilities. Experience with electrical components is strongly preferred. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals with prior warehouse, forklift, or general labor experience who are quick learners and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Key responsibilities include: Support daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, stocking, and organizing materials Assist customers at the counter with product inquiries and order fulfillment Handle electrical components and warehouse inventory (experience preferred) Operate a forklift safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals
