Systems Account Manager
to join our fast-growing team. We are a destination employer for driven professionals who want to be part of a leading fire, security, and low-voltage systems integration company. Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while developing new business opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering integrated fire, life safety, security, and low-voltage solutions. Prospect and develop new customer relationships while expanding existing accounts through upselling and multi-system solution development. Prepare, present, and negotiate pricing proposals that reflect our commitment to superior customer service. Identify customer needs and develop tailored system solutions to meet operational and business objectives. Conduct customer presentations, system demonstrations, and consultations to generate new opportunities. Participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and industry events to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Proven success selling integrated fire, security, and low-voltage systems solutions to multiple levels within customer organizations. Working knowledge of fire alarm, security, access control, video surveillance, and life safety systems. Understanding of applicable codes and standards (including IFC, IBC, NFPA, CMS, etc.). Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within fire alarm, low-voltage, life safety, or commercial construction industries. You’ll Benefit From
