Job Description Randstad Functional Consultants (FC) are tasked with facilitating requirements development sessions to gain an understanding of our customer’s current state processes and technology in the CRM space, and supporting the implementation work that follow.
The FC will elicit current state pain points and uncover gaps in CRM best practices. The FC will initiate and lead design discussions with the technical team and be responsible for documenting solution options. When appropriate, they will also produce more detailed supporting materials such as business process diagrams, wireframes and other context diagrams. As a Certified Salesforce Consultant, the FC should efficiently synthesize both technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently. The FC has hands on experience implementing Salesforce.com functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders during all phases of a project. The FC will work onsite and remotely with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement Salesforce.com.
Responsibilities
Build a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement.
Lead discovery workshops, including facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
Organize and drive process reengineering sessions.
Identify and create an inventory of customer process pain points and gaps in best practices.
Define Personas and work with offshore teams (e.g., India) and overlap with time zones.
Document requirements in User Story format.
Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components.
Model business processes, user experience, and basic technical architecture diagrams.
Interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution.
Build and demonstrate prototypes in Salesforce and present to business and technical teams.
Guide customers through user acceptance test planning and execution.
Leverage multiple implementation team types (e.g., UX, Change Management, Global Development Centers, Developer Communities).
Assist with preferred Salesforce cloud experiences including SFDC Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, 3rd party app integration, and data migration.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce functionality.
Ability to act as liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders.
Experience working with distributed or offshore teams and during overlap hours.
Strong documentation skills and ability to present technical options to non-technical stakeholders.
