Under the direction of the executive assistant, administrative supervisor, Investments, perform diverse and advanced administrative support for State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio) Investments department focusing on the Real Estate asset class. Summary of Responsibilities

Facilitate document signing with witnesses and a notary and manage the accurate and timely distribution of the completed documents. Coordinate Real Estate Investment Committee meetings and Real Estate Conference meetings, including correspondence and materials. Maintain SharePoint by uploading lease documents, adding and removing properties, and adding tenant names as needed. Manage physical and digital files in accordance with the STRS Ohio Retention Policy. Summary of Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. College-level course work with emphasis in business preferred. Five years' administrative experience in an office environment required. Notary Public preferred. Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail required.
