Customer Service Representative

This role involves managing and processing financial information, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate reporting related to procurement and travel cards. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with various levels of employees. Responsibilities include adding daily numbers and new cardholders to summaries, answering emails regarding aged and aging expenses, responding to questions about procurement and travel cards, reconciling accounts accurately, adding files to bank summaries, creating reports for receipts, expense types, and itemizations, processing refunds efficiently, monitoring activations and providing activation tips, assisting with leave of absences, and communicating via email and MS Teams with employees at all levels, from entry-level to executive. Essential skills include proficiency in written and verbal communication, strong initiative and prioritization skills, a high school diploma or GED required, experience in customer service roles, and the ability to use MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup. Additional skills and qualifications include the ability to learn new systems and software quickly, experience with SAP Concur, previous experience in credit card administration, and experience in expense book reconciliation. The role involves working with the credit card company's software and requires proficiency in MS Excel. The work environment emphasizes professionalism in communication, as the position requires interaction with employees at all levels. The candidate must be adept at email communication, including attaching screenshots for clarification. This is a contract position based out of Peoria, IL. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
