Job Title: Property Manager Division: Multifamily Status: Exempt Responsibilities
Operate the property within the financial guidelines and approved budget. Facilitate optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance. Manage vendor/contractor relationships concerning work scheduling, billing, and certificates of insurance. Design, implement and maintain a resident retention program. Perform physical inspections of the property and verify the condition of vacant apartments. Perform evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens as required on delinquent rentals. Qualifications
Minimum three years experience in multifamily property management At least two years of supervisory or team leadership Must have experience managing a property with 500+ units Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, variance analysis and financial reporting for property operations. Strong understanding of real estate contracts and operational compliance Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software a must Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills What We Offer
