We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this contract to permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, order processing, and customer satisfaction within the healthcare and social assistance industry. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively across teams and directly assist customers. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency. Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely tracking and delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and streamline workflows. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order statuses using relevant software. Utilize tools like Outlook and Teams to manage communications and scheduling effectively. Address inbound calls and emails promptly, providing clear and helpful information. Support data entry tasks to ensure the integrity of customer and order information. Coordinate with shipping providers to monitor and update delivery timelines. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for client services. Deliver exceptional service while adhering to business casual attire guidelines. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in call centers or similar environments. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage directly with customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Familiarity with order entry and tracking systems such as P21. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively. Experience with email correspondence and data entry. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
