Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Customer Service Representatives opportunities in Tucker GA. This onsite Customer Service Representative role supports warehouse-based in-home delivery operations by coordinating with driver teams, resolving delivery issues in real time, and assisting customers when escalations occur. Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representatives include but are not limited to: Serve as the liaison between customers and driver teams. Maintain continuous phone communication with driver teams during delivery routes. Assist drivers with troubleshooting issues and keeping deliveries on schedule. Track delays, exceptions, and missing updates; escalate to contractors when necessary. Communicate directly with customers when drivers need assistance explaining issues or resolving problems. De-escalate frustrated members in both English and Spanish and provide clear information. Guide drivers when returning to the warehouse at the end of their shift. Candidates for Customer Service Representatives must meet the following requirements to be considered: Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking and understanding). Comfortable handling phone communication throughout the day in a fast-paced environment. Strong, confident, and calm communicatorable to be firm with driver teams when necessary. Dependable with flexibility around shift schedules and responsibilities. Basic computer proficiency (email, Excel, GPS tracking tools, etc.). Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays; Sundays off guaranteed. Ability to work rotating shifts: 6:00 AM
