
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We are seeking ambitious sales development representatives (SDR) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, organized, and ready to begin or grow a career in software sales. In this outbound, cold-calling role, you'll independently reach out to city and county governments nationwide, qualify opportunities, and schedule demos for our account executives. Success comes from discipline, strong communication, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Responsibilities: Conduct 75 or more cold calls per day to introduce iWorQ's software solutions. Research and generate your own leads through proactive outreach. Professionally engage city representatives to identify and reach decision-makers. Clearly communicate software benefits and schedule qualified demos. Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within CRM (Pipedrive). Meet and exceed established call and demo quotas. Collaborate with account executives to support the sales pipeline. Qualifications: Comfortable and confident making 75+ cold calls daily. Self-directed with strong time-management and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Coachable/trainable: must be able to learn about the product and apply it effectively. PC proficient: must be able to navigate between screens/tabs and programs efficiently. Experience with CRM systems preferred (Pipedrive preferred). Schedule: Full-time (preferred): 40 hours/week Monday--Friday, 7:00 AM -- 4:00 PM In-office (Logan, UT) Compensation: $16/hour base pay $20 per qualified demo set 12.5%--20% commission on closed deals Typical first-year earnings: $40,000--$60,000
