Are you ready to be part of an exciting overnight team dedicated to remodeling big box retail stores? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for our Reset Merchandiser position. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team to build, assemble, and install shelving and fixtures, ensuring top-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:

Must reside within 45 miles of Baxter, MN
Supportive and collaborative team atmosphere

Shift: 10 PM - 7 AM, Sunday to Thursday

- work today, get paid tomorrow (free enrollment required) Opportunities for career advancement What You'll Do: Engage in overnight store remodeling projects Build and assemble retail store shelving and fixtures Implement Plan-O-Grams based on store management's guidelines Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics Physical activity is a core component of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds Qualifications: Ability to stand for a minimum shift of 8 hours Willingness to take direction for tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves Experience with Planograms is preferred Must be available to work overnight shifts Familiarity with basic tools and their usage Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Personal cell phone and a valid email address is necessary Professional appearance and demeanor are essential Steel-toed footwear must be worn on the job site SPAR Marketing Force specializes in managing new store setups and full remodels for national retail brands.
