Overview As the

Senior Vice President, Creative Director , you will be the driving force behind the creative strategy for large well-known brands collaborating across internal agency teams to deliver innovative, industry-leading creative solutions that propel clients' businesses forward. Your extensive experience in design will guide your approach as you lead creative teams, develop breakthrough campaigns, and continuously challenge the status quo to deliver exceptional results.

With a strong foundation in both creative and operational leadership, you will foster collaboration across disciplines, elevate the creative product, and inspire teams to push boundaries. You will be a visionary who brings a fresh perspective to client challenges, articulating compelling creative strategies and aligning internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and Inspire Creative Teams:

Manage and mentor creative teams, ensuring they work collaboratively to produce innovative, high-quality creative that aligns with clients' strategic goals. Foster a culture of creativity and excellence while guiding teams from concept through to execution.

Account Leadership:

Lead creative strategy for all accounts. Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on creative direction and deliverables, while continually identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Innovation and Strategy:

Demonstrate an innovation mindset with a proven ability to challenge the status quo. Develop forward-thinking creative strategies that push boundaries, embrace new trends, and meet the evolving needs of clients in consumer and B2B markets.

Stakeholder and Client Alignment:

Build strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and key stakeholders. Gain alignment on strategic goals and creative direction, ensuring that the creative output consistently delivers on business objectives. Effectively present and sell creative concepts to clients at all levels.

Creative Vision and Conceptual Leadership:

Translate marketing and business objectives into dynamic creative strategies across multiple channels (digital, social, CRM, etc.). Oversee the creative development process to ensure the delivery of "best-in-class" creative solutions that resonate with target audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with internal agency teams, including strategy, media, technology, and production, to drive collaboration and ensure creative solutions are integrated across all touchpoints.

Risk & Issue Management:

Proactively identify potential risks or challenges in creative projects and lead efforts to resolve them while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines.

Budgeting & Planning:

Oversee the planning, scoping, and estimation of complex creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

16+ years of industry experience

in creative leadership roles, with a proven track record of success working on large, enterprise-level accounts, and across various verticals including B2B, consumer marketing, social, and CRM.

Visionary leader in design-driven storytelling , orchestrating immersive brand experiences across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels. Fuses bold art direction with strategic foresight to shape culture, spark emotion, and elevate brand impact.

Demonstrated ability to influence culture

within a creative environment, acting as both a visionary leader and a mentor to

elevate

the creative output of teams.

Strong business acumen , with the ability to translate marketing and business objectives into actionable creative strategies.

Exceptional communication skills , including the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to clients, agency partners, and stakeholders at all levels.

Innovative mindset

with a history of challenging conventions and pushing the boundaries of traditional thinking in creative campaigns.

Expert-level proficiency

in creative tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office. Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree

in a related discipline (e.g., Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism) or equivalent experience.

Compensation Range: $176,700.00 - $300,000/annually is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
