Licensure : Professional Engineer required About the Role HC Solutions Group is partnering with an established and growing MEP consulting engineering firm in Boston, MA to identify a Director of Electrical Engineering. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a licensed electrical engineer who wants to drive technical excellence, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in business growth across complex building projects. The Director of Electrical Engineering will oversee the electrical discipline across multiple project types, provide strategic and technical leadership, mentor engineering staff, and collaborate closely with firm leadership, clients, and project stakeholders. About the Client Our client is a respected MEP engineering firm with a strong footprint in the Northeast, known for delivering high-quality, technically sophisticated designs. The firm supports a diverse project portfolio that may include healthcare, higher education, life sciences, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional facilities.
