The role supports our Commercial Services organization, driving revenue, marketing, catering and events management across the two properties.
Salary & Incentives The annual salary range for this role is $140,000–$160,000, based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Hilton offers a best‑in‑market Short‑Term Incentive Plan (SIP) to reward our Sales, Catering & Events teams. The plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus‑eligible earnings and a revenue goal of $200 k or greater for uncapped payout potential.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Account Management
Apply strong sales skills to create customer value, differentiate Hilton, and bring clear value to customers.
Prospecting
Master the prospecting process: identify potential customers, prepare and implement call strategy.
Negotiations
Understand customer and business leader expectations; adapt to a changing market.
Strategy
Contribute to the hotel’s Annual Multi‑Year Strategic Intentions and Commercial Strategy with hotel leadership, regional sales, revenue and marketing support.
Engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureau, and intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business.
Develop and execute plans for outside sales calls, industry tradeshows, and customer events.
Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of business opportunities aligned with short‑ and long‑term objectives.
Represent the hotel in all sales interactions, including proposals and contracts.
Conduct site inspections, storytelling with prospective and existing customers based on their needs.
Maintain clear understanding of competitive marketplace and industry status within the regional market.
Leadership
Lead daily and weekly business review and sales strategy meetings.
Collaborate with DOSM/DOS to amend the commercial strategy plan regularly.
Support sales team members’ activities during absences or remote work.
Contribute feedback for performance reviews of all sales managers and support staff.
Facilitate a culture aligned with Hilton’s DEI and ESG goals.
Qualifications & Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years as a Senior Sales Manager in a large hotel.
Ability to travel on short notice and adapt to schedule changes.
Highly professional presentation, oral and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in the City‑Wide Market.
Experience in prospecting, closing business and communicating with clients.
Affiliation with professional travel industry organizations (desirable).
Full‑service hotel experience (desirable).
