We are a growing, full-service decorated apparel, embroidery, screen printing, signage, and promotional products company based in Gilbert, Arizona. We serve businesses, schools, organizations, and events throughout the East Valley and beyond. We are expanding our B2B sales team and are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven sales professional who already understands this industry.
Position: Outside Sales Representative – Screen Printing / Embroidery / Promotional Products
Location:
Gilbert, AZ (East Valley territory) Experience Required (non-negotiable): Minimum
3+ years
successful sales experience in: Screen printing Embroidery Promotional products Print / sign sales (preferred) Strong knowledge of garment decorating processes, quoting, and customer ordering workflows Established relationships in the Phoenix East Valley market strongly preferred Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a B2B client portfolio (corporate, schools, teams, events, trades, contractors, etc.) Prospect, network, and build long-term relationships Manage quoting, follow-up, and order opportunities Maintain high standards of customer service and communication Work closely with production and art to ensure successful order execution What We Offer Competitive compensation structure: Base salary + commission
